We hate using the big stove broiler for only one or two people. One of our customers suggested this one. It's 12"x9" and made of stainless steel. Actually, it's two pans in one: Using both top and bottom, you can broil hamburgers, chicken pieces, steaks, chops, fish, bacon, etc. The pan below catches the grease. Slide off the top perforated rack, and the bottom will serve as a roaster to cook a 2-4 lb. roast, game hen, small hen, etc. You can even bake biscuits or small cakes or use it to heat packaged foods. Handy, easy to use and take care of. Dishwasher safe.
