Made in a small Vermont bakery (so small, in fact, our supply is very limited) the baker’s secret is to mix everything by hand and to use only the best ingredients including apricots, cashews, dates, raisins, walnuts, Vermont honey, and flour. Each cake is baked, then drenched with brandy and orange liqueur. Absolutely no dyes or preservatives. 1 lb. loaf serves 6-8 people.
